1. QTF4-15c is a multi-functional automatic occlusion machine that can produce bricks of various colors, face bricks and block bricks, as well as hollow blocks and interlocking wall tiles by changing different molds.
2. The machine adopts hydraulic forming technology to ensure the stable and efficient working state of the block machine, and the produced block has good quality, high density and high strength.
3. The block mold is made of 16 manganese steel.
4. Block die uses precision wire cutting technology and carburizing heat treatment process
5. QTF4-15c is a fully automated block machine production line. It can produce 1500-40000pc blocks per shift.The capacity varies depending on the size and type of the brick.
