Production description:
1.QTF4-25 is an automatic block making machine line, and it can produce various different hollow blocks, solid blocks, pavers and curbstones by changing its mould.
2.The whole production line includes the host machine, mixer, conveyor belt, stacker, pallets feeder, block trolley, spare parts and tools.
3.This machine adopts hydraulic press molding technology, and this will make the block produced strong and durable.
4.Precise line cutting technology and carburizing treatment technology can prolong the mould’s service life and increase the precision of the blocks.
5.All raw materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, it will assure the whole line stable running. Main parameters of the machine:
