Production description:
1. QTF40-1 is manual brick making machine line , it is a small sized machine and have large productivity. The whole line is composed of host machine, belt conveyor and mixer.
2. It produces various blocks with different molds
3. The production capacity is 2000-4000 pcs/8Hr.
4. The brick molds adopt precise line cutting technology and carburizing heat treatment technology in the process of mould production.
5. QTF40-1 use three vibration system,which can keep better quality with low-power,add one motor,8.8KW in total.
