♦1.QTF4-24 adopts new vibration technology and broke arch device to achieve separately control of material feeding and forming vibration. The special double ended synthesis output vibration technology optimization of the vibrator makes the exciting force evenly distributed in the shaking table.
♦2. Table & mould vibration makes the concrete fully liquefied and exhaust in 2~3 seconds, which assures high density of the products, especially suitable for the production of high strength standard bricks, can save lots of invest on pallets.
♦3. Our mold is made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good material, our mould also adopts two advanced technologies: precise line cutting technology and 900 degree carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. Then the mould size error can be controlled within 0.002mm. The surface layer of the brick moulds get higher hardness (achieving HRC54-58) and better wear resistance. So our brick moulds can have good performance and long service time.
